All items purchased online or in our stores can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. Refunds will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. Please ensure you have signed up for a membership account with us in order to receive the store credit. The store credit will be valid online and in-stores, for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Kindly note that shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
Purchased products can only be exchanged/returned to its respective countries of origin. For example items purchased from UAE or The Philippines can only be exchanged/returned based on their respective policies.

Please note that if you are making a return for Life collection items via store walk in, you may only do so in our Takashimaya flagship store.
Afterall Jewelry
Items that are eligible for return include necklaces, bracelets, rings and hairclips. All earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
If you are making a return for Afterall items via store walk in, you may only do so in our stores at Wisma Atria and Paya Lebar Quarter Mall.
Returns by mail
Mail the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt, to the following address. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. You are advised to use a trackable postage service as we are not accountable for parcels lost in transit. If you are returning breakable items from our Life collection, please ensure they are packed safely as items damaged during transit will not be accepted for returns.

Kindly bring along the item/s to be returned, together with your order receipt. Our cashiers will be able to assist you with the return. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. The cashier will process the item/s and and store credit will be issued on the spot. Do take note of the exceptions for Life Collection and Afterall jewelry.
